This course is designed to develop intermediate medical skills for the candidates who wish to get the knowledge and confidence to help a person in a life-threatening situation.
Course description
The First Person on Scene – Intermediate (FPOS-I) is a 3-day (35 hrs.) program focusing on additional interventions and management of serious incidents with the expectation of longer-term management of the casualty at the scene. The course finishes with the FPOS-I award, the most current and recognized medical qualification in the security industry. It is a Level 3 Award in the First Person on Scene Intermediate accredited by AoFA awarding body (Association of First Aiders). This qualification along with CPO Level 3 is required for the SIA license.

Skill prerequisites and Requirements
Most importantly, students must have MOTIVATION. The candidate does not have to possess prior medical experience.
